He saw death approaching down the corridors of time, Where it had loitered since his birth, Waiting to accompany his spirit back through the ethers Of the Otherworld With the touch of the Divine He perceived the sum total of his life, His deeds, all the love and loyalty he gave us, That which he felt unfinished And shall accomplish upon His return He shall mourn his Loved ones among the living Who he will watch over and protect From his place at the side of the Goddess, Until such time as we are united in the Otherworld Or in the next earthly life.
