Little Paws Big Heart
Lyric
Like the best of dreams, Lyric had a full life but it wasn’t long enough.
He was the best dog I’ve ever had for walking on a lead. He loved the beach and jumping into creeks and dams up to his belly. Lyric was a people dog and hugged (leaned against) everyone he met, even complete strangers.
He made friends with other dogs, loved his own cats and even a neighbour’s cat, and met horses, shetland ponies, cattle, sheep, an Alpaca and a young camel, all quietly and calmly in the best possible way.
Now he’s gone and I’ll never forget the wonderful sometimes goofy, sometimes brave and protective, sometimes a drama queen.
We’ll miss you, Lyric.
Andi, Ian, and your little furbuddy Jack Russell, Milo.
Shadow
Shadow was a rescue who came into our family on the 25th November 2013. Like his name suggests he followed his mum every where she went. He got a variety of nicknames from Numb Nut to Harry Houdini as he would escape his yard and take himself off for a walk. As he aged he loved going on car rides to the school to collect his sister and brother and later to his brother’s place of work. He was always excited to greet his family at the door when they came to visit him. Shadow crossed the rainbow bridge on the 13th April 2026 after a long illness. He is greatly missed by his mum and others in his family. We love you Shadow.

Kali
Kali Bell🩷 08/05/2022-30/11/2025
Kali was a border collie X kelpie. She was the most beautiful girl with the most beautiful personality. She was not only my dog, but she was my best friend, when I was sad she was there and when I was happy she was there. Her passing absolutely destroyed me as she was my whole entire world. She didn’t have a long life but I know I gave her all my love and care and she knew how loved she was and always will be. She loved her ball and she absolutely loved her rope toy, she would never gave the ball back after throwing it but she thought it was the best game ever. She may be gone but she will never be forgotten. She will always be my baby girl🩷
Mereki
Mereki Appo, for nearly 12 years you were more than just a pet. You were my first baby, my protector, my best mate, and the love I needed at the end of every day. Through every chapter of my life, you were there. From when I was only 14, we grew up together, figuring life out side by side and through it all, you gave me the kind of love only a dog can give.
You filled my days with comfort, laughter, and unconditional love. Saying goodbye has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but I will always be grateful that you chose me to be your person ❤️
You may no longer be by my side, but you will forever live in my heart and in the memories we shared. Run free over the rainbow bridge, my beautiful boy, until we meet again. 🐾🌈
Rest In Peace 24/09/2014 – 06/03/2026🕊️

Forever cherished, never forgotten.
Tonka
You brought joy in my life for nearly 20yrs. You were a happy go lucky best friend literally for half my life.I miss you terribly, enjoy doggy heaven.
Zoe
Our beloved fur baby/fur sister passed away peacefully at home in one of her favourite beds last Sunday after a short unexpected illness. We will forever miss Zoe who was an important part of our family. She gave us 12 years of joy. Love you forever Zoe.
Rom
We first met Rom when my brother Graeme adopted him as a rescue dog. He was a bit boisterous and soon calmed down once he got to know us. My brother passed away suddenly about 3 years ago and we took over Rom’s care as he was such a lovely natured dog. He was a lot quieter after his master’s death and everyone who met Rom fell in love with him.
We miss him terribly and so will a lot of our friends.
