This past week has certainly been one of the hardest so far. Our beautiful Lacey went to sleep for the last time. She has given us 13 of the most incredible, love filled years of our life. She wasn’t just a family pet, she was a healing balm for my soul. She’s journeyed with us in our highest highs and our lowest lows. Anyone who came to our home was deeply loved by who she was. She loved incredibly BIG and never held back her affection. It didn’t matter who you were, Lacey was gonna LOVE you. I will miss tripping over you at the clothes line, I will miss the bin knocked over each morning, I will miss your snoring at night, I will miss food being stolen if left unattended, I will miss my forever shadow, I will miss those ginormous eyes searching my heart, I will miss your tail knocking the walls with excitement because you see me, I will miss our hugs, I will miss my best friend. My heart has a Lacey size hole. This world would be heaven on earth if we all loved like Lacey.

Milo, the day you found Chelsie 9 years ago, you both needed each other. You were Chelsie’s rock, you were her buddy when no one else was.
We know the start of your life wasn’t good before you found Chelsie. But we made damn sure the last 9 yrs of your life were the best, because that’s what you deserved, the best.
The love Chelsie felt for you, still is indescribable. Chelsie at only 17yrs old, made the most selfless choice to let you go, knowing it would break her heart, but she couldn’t see you suffer.
We know our hearts had to break losing you, so that you could take a piece of each, to carry with you till we see you again.

Fluffy you never ceased to amaze me. You taught me more in your lifetime than I thought possible. You schooled many pups and all the boys too.
I love you, crazy bitch. We all miss you.
From the moment I saw you I knew you were mine. I bought you home and you were this scared little puppy but then you just blended in and I loved you. You were the most loyal, well behaved pup I have ever had. You gave me such love and I hope you know how much you were loved. The day you went over the rainbow bridge is the day a part of my heart left with you.

Marley spent nearly 11 years with us . He was a brother to our other dog brax ( never been apart ) . Marley was a very caring dog . He was our best mate . In another life we always said he could have been a guid dog . He was gentle to everyone babies, to my 83 year old mum who often would look after the dogs when we went on holidays . Although his white clumpy hair would cover everything we will miss him dearly . He will definitely be in our hearts forever
Our beautiful Wally Dog, we miss you so very much. Thank you for mending our hearts at a time when we were so lost and broken. Everyone thought we rescued you, but in reality it was you who rescued us. You were the best boy, the best dog ever.
